Their use of direct marketing in conjunction with the launch of The Westminster Collection has helped to drive revenue from £2m in 1987, to £40 million.

What we provide
A smooth and friendly service with tailored account management. Quality printed letters, leaflets and flyers are printed and machine enclosed at high speed. Depending on the mailing specification, we enclose between 5,000 and 9,000 envelopes per hour.
Cost efficient printing
Due to the size of 288’s print runs, letters and leaflets are printed using our litho presses and spot sealed, so that the personalisation can be digitally over-printed at the mailing house.
Attention to detail
Getting the data right is crucial. We take great care to check key data fields, such as the order reference, are populated. We make sure postcodes are PAF compliant (i.e. they match the latest edition of the Postcode Address File). By doing so, because we’ve invested in MailmarkTM technology, 288 are able to access significant postage savings, which makes their direct mail campaigns even more cost efficient.
Peace of mind
