From the start of the pandemic, I have made it clear that I only want to stay operational if I can also look in the mirror and know that I have done the right things to keep the staff we have on site safe and well. Despite the operational changes we have had to make to the front-end of our business, I still have a committed team here ready to answer the phone to you if you need help or advice. Online portals have their place, but sometimes there's no substitute for the human touch.
